New Zealand DSPA fire extinguisher automatic alarm system is a high-end technology system with advanced performance, economy and reliability, which can provide protection for the harsh working environment of fracturing vehicles in the field.
In order to make the system become standard parts of CNPC fracturing truck, it has taken root in China. Zhang Guoyao, deputy general manager of Profit Group and general manager of Beijing BOMCO Joint Venture Company, planned ahead of time and considered ahead of time. During 2019New Year holiday, he personally visited New Zealand to inspect the automatic alarm system of DSPA fire extinguishers. Immediately after returning to China, frequent communication was launched with the other party on the distribution and technical information exchange. Through unremitting efforts, Beijing BOMCO has successfully become the exclusive distributor of the system in China. The system was installed on the fracturing vehicle at the 19th China International Petroleum and Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition. It has been well received by the manufacturers and users of the fracturing trucks. At the end of March, the system was incorporated into the standard spare parts of the CNPC fracturing trucks.
In order to popularize the system better in China, Mr. Zhang decided to do a real vehicle fire extinguishing and alarm test, and requested that the whole test be recorded. On the morning of May 19, two experts from New Zealand DSPA and Mr. Zhang joined at Chengdu Airport then drove more than two hours to the fracturing vehicle maintenance base of Beijing BOMCO in Weiyuan County, Sichuan Province for testing. New Zealand fire extinguishing system experts observed the overall condition of the truck, checked the system procedures, made a detailed inspection of the lines, and began the fire extinguishing system test in the truck. In this experiment, two models of DSPA were tested which are 11-7 and 8-1, and the test results were successful.
After the success of the test, Beijing BOMCO shared the videos with potential customers, which has been highly recognized! Immediately, one customers purchased the system, and many others expressed great interest in the system. The product has a bright domestic market.
New Zealand DSPA fire extinguisher automatic alarm system from the initial product inspection, to many technical exchanges, signing distribution agreement, being included in PetroChina standard matching, to real truck test, to be accepted by customers, and finally successfully signed sales contract, the whole process is only five months! The success of this project depends on the correct decision-making of the leadership of Beijing BOMCO Joint Venture Company and the hard work of all employees.
